FLATTING BASE is a gloss reducing additive that has been designed for use with the Dulux LUXATHANE R AND ACRATHANE IF range of products. The matting additive effectively produces a flattened, smooth and even paint film. The gloss level obtained is dependent on the coating choice and the amount of FLATTING BASE used.
